أكملت الشركة المعمارية مشروع "مارسا بلازا"، وهو أكبر ساحة حضرية جديدة في عُمان منذ جيل. يقع الممشى في قلب منطقة المواج، على الحافة الغربية من مسقط، ويخلق مساحة حضرية جديدة على حافة المارينا و تتكون الساحة من درجات وسقوف مظللة ومسطحات مائية و تراسات للجلوس ومسرح للمسرحيات، مما يخلق مساحات غير رسمية للناس للاستمتاع بالمياه ومشاهدة الآخرين
تم تصميم المستوى الأرضي للساحة وجدران المباني والسقوف المظللة كوحدة واحدة لخلق هوية بصرية وفضائية موحدة وطمس الحدود بين العناصر المنفصلة و تم تطوير المواد والأنماط من السياق المحلي، باستخدام الحجر العماني المحلي وأنماط مستوحاة من الهندسة التقليدية والأنواع المحلية
تصميم مستوحى من البيئة المحلية: استخدم المهندسون المعماريون المواد والأنماط التقليدية العمانية لخلق تصميم يتناسب مع البيئة المحيطة.
خلق مساحة عامة جديدة: يهدف المشروع إلى توفير مساحة عامة جديدة لسكان مسقط والزوار للاستمتاع بها.
الاستدامة: تم تصميم المشروع لتقليل الحاجة إلى التكييف من خلال استخدام الظلال الطبيعية والتهوية.
الوحدة التصميمية: تم تصميم جميع عناصر المشروع لتشكيل كل متكامل.
